So, who is Michael? What sets him apart from the rest? How will he motivate you in ways others can’t? And why on God’s green earth should you put your faith and trust in him to deliver the results you want?

Every single aspect of Michael’s approach to training and service delivery is A Class and a dream to experience. Speaking of experience, the man has it in spades. He started dancing at age 10 and eventually turned professional, teaching others for more than 7 years in Italy before moving to Australia, and gifting the Land Down Under with his talent.

And although dancing is a huge personal passion, he will be the first to admit that his ability to help others train and achieve results that exceed far beyond their own expectations, is his true calling.

Both mind and body need to be in balance

Described as a holistic practitioner, Michael firmly believes that in order to be healthy, you need to train your mind just as much as you train your body. 

Working from this perspective, Michael helps his clients lead and maintain a healthy lifestyle with a greater focus on long-term manageable routines and transitions that ultimately improve your cardiovascular fitness (helping to prevent illness), regulate your hormones, increase your functional movement, improve your balance and coordination (especially important with older clients), and promote better mental health.

Always focus on the long term

Being a dancer has taught Michael to become an expert in reading and understanding body language, as well as a specialist in stretching and mobility. With his assessment skills, coupled with his ability to create and customise programs to suit all ages and abilities, Michael supports his clients from an able-minded and able-bodied approach, focusing on what you can do, rather than what you can’t. He also acknowledges the importance of repair, recovery and mobility – breathing, stretching and healing – ultimately assist with.

Studies have shown that having a varied exercise regime yields greater results and helps in relieving the monotony of “gym training” which in turn encourages and motivates participants to carry on and maintain their programs long-term.
