Personal training sessions are held wherever you are. I come to you, so that you can save you time out of your busy day.
I also work as a PT at Goodlife Health Club in Bundall where you can also schedule a session.

As a holistic personal trainer, I place emphasis on long term results and my coaching is based on the 6 FOUNDATION PRINCIPLES OF HEALTH: QUALITY OF SLEEP AND IMPORTANCE OF RECOVERY, STRESS MANAGEMENT, BALANCED NUTRITION, EXERCISE, HYDRATION and BREATHING. 

By following this method, body shape changes and health and fitness goals become easier to achieve.

We will do this together, step by step, taking into account the challenges you face everyday, because a healthy body comes with a healthy mind. The better we sleep and manage stress, the easier it is to mentally stick to any commitments.

YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE SHOULD BE ENJOYABLE, SAFE AND EFFECTIVE

A session usually lasts about 45 to 60 min. Your first session will be devoted to SETTING GOALS and a FULL BODY ASSESSMENT to assess faulty posture, core strength and structural discrepancy in all range of movement.

With all this information I will be able to create an evidence based exercise program that will address any injury and muscular imbalances you may have and helping you to achieve your goals in the best and SAFEST way.
